This role is designed for a results-driven sales professional focused on driving revenue growth within the healthcare and life sciences sector. You will manage strategic accounts, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and identify new business opportunities. The position requires understanding client needs, developing account strategies, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will play a critical role in expanding market presence, negotiating agreements, and ensuring client satisfaction. This remote position offers the flexibility to work across multiple territories while contributing directly to organizational growth and innovation. \n Accountabilities Develop and execute territory and account-level growth strategies to drive revenue. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, coordinating cross-functional resources to educate decision-makers. Meet or exceed revenue and new business objectives for assigned accounts. Own account strategy development, including opportunity identification, execution, and client engagement. Lead negotiations through the full sales cycle to closure. Ensure smooth transitions to account management and implementation teams post-sale. Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients, understanding emerging needs and additional sales opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of outside sales experience, with at least 5 years in life sciences account management. Strong understanding of healthcare and life sciences, including clinical research, real-world data, and commercialization of drug development. Proven track record of strategic new business selling, from development to closing multi-year agreements. Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at both operational and executive levels. Knowledge of Big Data, Cloud Computing, and Identity Fraud is a plus. Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and forecasting skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and travel up to 50%.
