This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Program Manager, Specialty - Remote in United States. In this role, you will oversee specialty and home delivery pharmacy programs, driving operational excellence and strategic growth across multiple market segments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and execute program plans, and ensure alignment with overall enterprise objectives. This position requires a proactive leader capable of managing complex initiatives, developing external-facing materials, and supporting RFP and contract processes. You will provide subject matter expertise, monitor program performance, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. With a focus on collaboration, communication, and strategic impact, this role allows you to influence key decisions and contribute to the advancement of healthcare services. \n Accountabilities Lead the execution of specialty and home delivery pharmacy programs, ensuring timely and accurate implementation across all market segments. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to advance enterprise growth objectives and communicate program strategies. Support RFP development, providing subject matter expertise and reviewing contract documentation for alignment with business goals. Develop and maintain external-facing materials, including presentations, publications, and program strategy value stories. Monitor program performance, identify interdependencies, and propose enhancements to support new sales and growth initiatives. Build business cases for new program opportunities or enhancements, establishing performance metrics and success criteria. Provide guidance and leadership to internal teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment and resolution of operational challenges. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare consulting. At least 1 year of project or program management experience. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and implement innovative solutions. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a self-directed, remote work environment. Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
