This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager, Enterprise - Remote in the United States. This role is designed for an experienced customer success professional who thrives in managing complex enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and fostering advocacy across multiple organizational levels. The position emphasizes strategic account planning, risk management, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize implementations. You will partner with stakeholders to maximize the value customers derive from the platform, support renewals and expansions, and deliver measurable outcomes for both customers and the organization. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on innovation and customer impact. \n Accountabilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, managing relationships and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Collaborate with customers to develop Mutual Value Plans and conduct Solution Health Reviews and Strategic Business Reviews. Analyze account performance, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively execute plans to mitigate churn and drive expansion. Partner with internal teams including Deployment Consultants, Technical Account Managers, Support, and Product to optimize implementations and resolve issues. Drive product adoption, ensure customers realize ROI, and foster advocacy at all levels of the organization. Multi-thread relationships across Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Enablement stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Track and report on customer success metrics, sharing insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions. Requirements 5+ years in a customer-facing role with 2+ years managing complex enterprise accounts. Proven ability to consult with executives and influence across multiple organizational levels. Strong communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information for executive audiences. Experience in strategic account planning, risk assessment, and value realization. Demonstrated project management skills for coordinating multi-stakeholder engagements. Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and create structure while driving results. Customer-centric mindset focused on satisfaction, retention, and growth. Experience with SaaS platforms and B2B enterprise environments is preferred. Benefits Base salary: $98,000โ€“$140,000 per year; On Target Earnings (OTE) $140,000โ€“$200,000 (70% base / 30% variable). Eligibility for stock options and other performance-based incentives.
