We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships across the West territory. This role focuses on upselling, expanding usage, and converting competitive accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will leverage sales expertise and healthcare industry knowledge to guide account strategies, mentor team members, and lead cross-functional initiatives. This position balances strategic planning with hands-on account management, collaborating with senior stakeholders and contributing to team culture. Remote work allows for flexibility while maintaining strong engagement with clients and internal teams. \n Accountabilities: Drive revenue growth by upselling products and services, expanding usage, and increasing referral volumes within the assigned territory. Lead, mentor, and coach high-performing Referral Specialist and Account Management teams. Maintain strong customer relationships, acting as an escalation point for key accounts. Facilitate strategic meetings with director-level or higher stakeholders. Develop and maintain strategic Action Plans for all key accounts. Participate in industry conferences and local market events to strengthen relationships and market presence. Ensure accurate Salesforce documentation and compliance with operational processes. Collaborate cross-functionally to support initiatives, coaching, and team development. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3–5+ years of sales experience in healthcare, selling clinical or technology solutions to providers. Subject matter expertise on products and market trends. Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, phone, webinar, and presentation formats. Strong analytical skills to measure, report, and create narratives around ROI. Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and execute organizational initiatives. Willingness to travel at least 25% within the territory. Demonstrated success achieving annual sales targets of $500,000 or more is preferred.
