One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Software Engineer III in the United States. In this role, you’ll join an Agile development team building high-impact, scalable SaaS solutions that power the freight and logistics industry. As a Software Engineer III, you’ll take ownership of the full development lifecycle—designing, coding, testing, and maintaining robust APIs and applications. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, proactively shaping team dynamics and influencing best practices. This role requires a deep technical foundation, a drive for clean and maintainable code, and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas. Accountabilities: Develop and maintain API endpoints and backend services using C#, .NET Core, Node.js, AWS Lambda, and SQL Participate in Agile ceremonies, influencing team communication and ensuring technical excellence Create and maintain technical documentation for both internal use and cross-team collaboration Perform code reviews and contribute to improving code quality, architecture, and team standards Optimize development workflows by enhancing tools, test coverage, and CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with other squads to resolve blockers and align on architecture decisions Take full ownership of code in production—including debugging, support, and iterative improvements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of experience Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and CSS preprocessors like SASS Solid experience with RESTful APIs and working knowledge of GraphQL Skilled in writing efficient SQL queries and working with relational databases Familiarity with AWS cloud services, especially serverless technologies like Lambda and API Gateway Excellent debugging, documentation, and communication skills Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus Competitive base salary ($96,000–$120,000 USD) Annual performance-based bonus Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off and holiday schedule 401(k) retirement plan with company match Inclusive, people-first work culture with strong team support Remote-friendly role with flexibility and work-life balance Jobgether hiring process disclaimer This job is posted on behalf of one of our partner companies.
