This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sign Program Project Manager – National Accounts in the United States. In this role, you will lead national account programs in the commercial sign and branding industry, managing complex projects from initiation to deployment. You will coordinate resources, schedules, and budgets while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The position requires proactive problem-solving, effective communication with clients and stakeholders, and a commitment to process improvement. You will have the authority to manage projects on a day-to-day basis, contribute to continuous learning initiatives, and oversee multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. \n Accountabilities Own and manage the full project life cycle, overseeing projects with budgets of $1.5M annually or more. Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and report on milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues. Lead client interactions, taking detailed briefs and clarifying project requirements. Manage project resources, delegate tasks, and facilitate project team meetings. Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors for seamless project execution. Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives, process development, and organizational capability expansion. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction, Manufacturing, or related field. 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in commercial construction, signage, or branding projects. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jobscope, Taskray, SharePoint, or Smartsheet. Knowledge of blueprint reading and experience with retail, c-store, or new construction projects. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and solve problems independently.
