This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager (Remote) in the United States. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead product initiatives that bridge customer needs, engineering execution, and business outcomes. You will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from gathering and analyzing user feedback to translating it into actionable user stories, coordinating releases, and ensuring successful delivery. Working in a collaborative, remote-first environment, you’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure releases deliver measurable customer value. The position emphasizes agility, communication, and customer-centric thinking, while offering exposure to AI/ML-driven SaaS solutions and complex data pipelines. This is ideal for a product leader who thrives on connecting strategy with execution, driving impact across global teams, and delivering exceptional user experiences. \n Accountabilities: Gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and enhancement requests. Write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with Delivery PMs to groom and prioritize backlogs and coordinate sprint activities. Manage release readiness, customer communications, and structured check-ins for upcoming releases. Track and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies across teams. Maintain program dashboards and reporting to provide leadership visibility. Contribute to roadmap discussions and ensure alignment between customer needs and product delivery. Requirements: 5–10 years of combined experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Customer Success for SaaS or platform products. Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, backlog management, and release coordination. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical updates into business context. Experience writing requirements and user stories; familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple releases concurrently. Technical familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or cloud infrastructure is a plus. Preferred East Coast-based to support colleagues and clients across global time zones. Benefits: Competitive base salary: $80,000–$100,000 USD annually.
