As a Senior Product Manager focused on Product-Led Growth (PLG), you will lead initiatives that drive activation, adoption, automation, and long-term engagement across a dynamic platform. You will partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to define strategy and deliver scalable, user-centric product experiences. This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution, leveraging data, experimentation, and customer insights to optimize onboarding, accelerate time-to-value, and expand platform adoption. You will mentor other product managers, influence cross-functional teams, and shape growth initiatives that directly impact organizational goals and revenue. Define, track, and optimize key metrics including adoption, activation, retention, and engagement. Lead agile product development cycles, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and iterative delivery. Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to build scalable, user-centric features and workflows. Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning product, GTM, and customer success to embed PLG across the organization. Design and implement experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis) to improve customer experiences. Build automation-driven solutions enabling seamless self-service and long-term engagement. Mentor and guide other product managers, contributing to a high-performing product organization. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior PM or leadership role. Proven success in product-led growth environments, owning adoption, activation, and engagement metrics. Deep understanding of growth levers including onboarding, funnel optimization, lifecycle automation, and product-driven expansion. Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into delivered product efficiently and effectively.
