This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale IT operations across a dynamic, hybrid work environment. Oversee day-to-day IT operations across hybrid environments (Mac, Windows, Chromebook), ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to SLAs. Serve as the primary internal IT point of contact, building strong relationships across clinical, operational, and technical teams. Manage selection, implementation, and rollout of ITSM, collaboration tools, and automation workflows. Partner with Information Security to operationalize policies, compliance initiatives, and security best practices. Support IT setup and scaling for new office or clinical site openings, including equipment, networking, and cross-functional coordination. Develop and optimize IT processes for efficiency, automation, vendor management, and integrated ticketing. Act as a technical backup when needed to maintain continuity of service. Requirements: 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role. Proven ability to manage IT operations across hybrid, multi-platform environments. Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Meraki, and ITSM platforms. Experience collaborating with Information Security on policy implementation, audits, and compliance initiatives. Strong project management skills for cross-functional initiatives from discovery to execution. Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to troubleshoot, backfill technical tasks, and lead strategic IT initiatives simultaneously. Bonus: Experience in healthcare or regulated environments, knowledge of HIPAA/SOC 2/HITRUST, Apple device management (Kandji), ITIL best practices, and identity management tools (Okta, Google SSO).
