This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Designer in the United States. The Senior Designer will lead the creation of intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences for a widely used SaaS platform. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on design, translating complex user needs into clear, elegant solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to drive adoption, engagement, and satisfaction across the platform. The position offers an opportunity to shape design direction, mentor junior designers, and champion a user-centric approach in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Candidates will work on features that touch millions of users, influencing the product experience end-to-end while driving innovation and consistency through design systems. \n Accountabilities: Lead the end-to-end design process for major platform features, from discovery and user research to high-fidelity prototypes. Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions. Collaborate with Product Managers to define requirements, write design briefs, and align on success metrics. Partner with Engineering to ensure feasibility, iterate on solutions, and deliver pixel-perfect implementations. Advocate for best practices in UX, accessibility, and inclusive design across the organization. Present design concepts and user flows to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and driving alignment. Analyze post-launch data to identify opportunities for iteration and optimization. Shape design processes, standards, and documentation to improve efficiency and quality. Requirements: 8+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in user-focused SaaS products. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, problem framing, and polished visual and interaction design. Expertise with Figma (or equivalent tools) for wireframing, prototyping, and design system maintenance. Proficient in conducting and synthesizing qualitative (interviews, usability tests) and quantitative (analytics) research. Deep understanding of interaction design principles, visual design, and information architecture. Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence cross-functional partners. Experience mentoring and coaching designers; passion for growing design talent. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design methodologies. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, agile environment. Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
