As a Senior Application Engineer for SaaS, you will serve as a key technical operations expert, ensuring seamless service and support for US-based customers. You will manage complex system integrations, handle advanced technical inquiries, and provide solutions across cloud, database, and web application environments. Handle 2nd and 3rd level technical tickets, resolving complex issues related to SaaS applications, integrations, and infrastructure. Serve as the main technical point of contact, providing guidance and clear communication to ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the Cloud Team to implement tailored solutions and support system integrations. Support sales initiatives with technical expertise on system architecture, interfaces, and security considerations. Maintain and optimize performance, reliability, and security of web applications, databases, and server systems (Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, SQL, Azure Cloud). Stay informed on emerging SaaS, cloud, and IT security technologies to improve operations and solutions. Requirements 10+ years of experience in IT, application management, or software engineering. Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience and 4+ years in software integration projects. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, application management, system interfaces, and security. Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, SQL, and Azure Cloud solutions. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills with a confident, professional presence when engaging with customers. Self-motivated, proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing responsibilities independently. Nice-to-have: Experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
