This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect - Health Cloud Required in United States. This role is a strategic and technical leadership position responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Health Cloud. The Salesforce Solution Architect will ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems, support business growth, enhance patient engagement, and drive data-driven innovation. The position combines deep technical expertise with business acumen, emphasizing collaboration, governance, and scalable architecture. This individual will influence both technical and operational stakeholders, guiding platform adoption and leveraging automation and AI tools to enhance organizational efficiency. \n Accountabilities Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions, emphasizing Health Cloud. Ensure platform alignment with strategic goals, compliance standards, and operational priorities. Oversee integrations between Salesforce and connected systems, including analytics, cloud infrastructure, and communication tools. Guide administrators and developers on best practices, configuration, and performance optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Champion governance, documentation, and quality assurance for architecture, data flows, and integrations. Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and process optimization to improve scalability and user experience. Requirements 5+ years of Salesforce implementation and architecture experience, with at least 3 years in Health Cloud. Healthcare industry experience required. Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Platform Developer certifications required; preferred certifications include Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Application Architect, Integration Architect Designer, and Platform App Builder. Strong expertise in Salesforce security architecture, data governance, and compliance (HIPAA, PHI/PII). Proven ability to design and integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems and data environments. Experience with automation and AI-driven workflows (Einstein, Flow Orchestration, or similar). Excellent communication, documentation, collaboration, and time management skills. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, Git, Copado) preferred.
