We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth initiatives and oversee a team of Business Development Managers. Manage and mentor Business Development Managers to achieve corporate objectives and sales quotas. Develop and implement account strategies including account mapping, sales touchpoint cadence, and opportunity tracking. Prepare and submit sales forecasts, territory analysis, and support budget planning for revenue and expenses. Oversee pipeline management, prospecting, deal management, and execution of sales activities. Support negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making, and overcome objections to capture new business opportunities. Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving potential service issues. Foster collaboration across teams to create an environment of accountability, partnership, and superior results. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred. 10+ years of sales experience, ideally within battery, energy, or consumer products industries. Proven track record of individual sales achievement and team leadership. Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver technical information effectively. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at all organizational levels. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle, and CRM tools. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of operating with minimal supervision. Ability to work remotely and travel up to 50% as required.
