This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Recruiting & HR Assistant in the United States. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting & HR Assistant to support full lifecycle recruiting and HR operations in a fast-paced, remote environment. This role ensures compliance with federal and corporate hiring standards while providing an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders. You will work closely with HR leadership, recruiters, hiring managers, and program teams to maintain efficient processes, manage recruitment documentation, and support onboarding activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and is committed to continuous improvement in talent acquisition and HR administration. This position is critical in enabling a seamless and compliant hiring and onboarding experience for both candidates and internal teams. • Accountabilities • Support full lifecycle recruiting for federal and corporate positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination. • Maintain audit-ready documentation in applicant tracking systems, ensuring compliance with labor categories, clearance requirements, and hiring standards. • Track applicant flow, metrics, and hiring milestones for internal reporting and compliance purposes. • Manage administrative HR functions, including maintaining policies, SOPs, handbooks, and compliance documentation. • Assist candidates through clearance processes, providing guidance, documentation support, and follow-up until completion. • Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring all documentation, orientation, and training requirements are completed efficiently. • Collaborate with HR leadership, recruiters, hiring managers, and program teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process. • Uphold EEO, OFCCP, and other compliance policies across all recruitment and HR activities. • * Requirements • Minimum 4+ years of recruiting or HR support experience, preferably in federal or contract staffing. • Strong knowledge of labor categories, hiring standards, and clearance processes. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably SmartRecruiters. • Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including templates, formatting, and policy documentation. • Exceptional organizational, administrative, and communication skills. • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to continuous professional development. • Preferred: familiarity with OFCCP, EEO, SCA, or cleared recruiting (Public Trust); Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. • * Benefits • 401(k) matching contributions • Paid holidays (11 per year) • Adoption assistance • Tuition reimbursement and technology reimbursement • Short-term and long-term disability coverage • Life insurance (basic, voluntary, AD&D) • Health care plan including medical, dental, and vision • Paid time off (15 days for 0–3 years, 20 days for 3+ years) • Employee perks program to support wellness and lifestyle Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.
