This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Quantitative Project Manager (Remote, US hours) in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage complex quantitative research projects in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, supporting international clients and stakeholders. You will act as the central point of communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment, has extensive experience with online survey projects, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to achieve successful outcomes. This position allows you to make a tangible impact on healthcare market research by managing projects end-to-end while mentoring and supporting team members. \n Accountabilities: Manage the full lifecycle of quantitative market research projects, from planning and survey setup to data collection, quality control, and final delivery. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely issue resolution. Lead project kick-off meetings, clearly defining project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities. Monitor project progress, data quality, productivity, and budget, producing regular updates and reports. Coordinate with internal teams on survey testing, sample preparation, respondent management, and honoraria processing. Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Support international teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of projects across multiple regions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. Proven experience managing quantitative research projects, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical markets. Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and timeline estimation for fieldwork completion. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, internal teams, and vendors. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook; quick learner of new software/tools. Experience with qualitative project management is an advantage.
