This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager (REMOTE) in United States. This role is a critical position responsible for managing telecommunications infrastructure projects from initiation to closeout. The Project Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and coordination of wireless communication installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations. This position involves close collaboration with clients, contractors, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders, providing leadership across multiple projects simultaneously. The role is remote but requires candidates to be located near designated regions and involves travel to project sites as needed. Strong project management, communication, and technical skills are essential to drive success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. \n Accountabilities Lead and manage all phases of wireless infrastructure projects, including planning, design, site acquisition, construction, and project closeout. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and resource allocation. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, facilitating communication and resolving issues promptly. Review, approve, and manage tenant configurations, construction plans, and permitting processes. Conduct site walks, inspections, and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with internal teams and engineering partners to coordinate structural analyses, tower modifications, and other technical requirements. Monitor project metrics and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and budget performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of experience in the telecommunications infrastructure/tower services industry. Proven project management experience, including construction processes, site acquisition, and regulatory compliance. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet tight deadlines. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned markets (up to 25%). Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
