This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager (REMOTE) in the United States. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of wireless infrastructure and telecommunications projects. You will manage project budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring client requirements and regulatory standards are met. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate installations from initial application through project closeout. You will also perform site inspections, approve configurations, and ensure accurate documentation of all project-related activities. The position is remote with occasional travel required within designated regions and offers opportunities to work independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Your contributions will directly impact project success and client satisfaction while supporting organizational growth. \n Accountabilities Manage day-to-day project communications with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Develop and maintain project plans for multiple installations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Review, approve, or reject proposed configurations for wireless and fiber-to-tower projects. Conduct site walks, inspections, and verify compliance with project specifications. Collaborate with engineering partners to procure services and support project execution. Maintain accurate documentation, including permits, as-built drawings, and project system records. Monitor project metrics, report progress, and proactively resolve issues. Support mergers and acquisitions initiatives, due diligence, and asset audits. Lead meetings and coordinate resources to ensure project objectives are achieved. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Construction Management, or relevant field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telecom infrastructure or tower services, including construction/project management. Strong knowledge of site acquisition processes, regulatory requirements, and construction methods. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to travel up to 25% within the designated market. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements; Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification if required. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
