This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager in the United States. This role is responsible for leading and delivering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You will act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, coordinating internal teams, third-party vendors, and clients. The position involves managing complex, multi-phase projects, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. You will drive project performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining strong margins. This is a fully remote or hybrid position with opportunities for professional growth and leadership. \n Accountabilities Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using verification and control techniques. Track project performance using appropriate tools and metrics, monitoring KPIs and internal metrics. Perform risk management to minimize project and operational risks. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure transparent client communication. Oversee project estimation, planning, execution, and closeout processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience managing technology, logistics, or complex multi-phase projects. Technical background with a strong understanding of project workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with client-facing experience. Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (MS Project, Smartsheets, or similar). Certifications in PMP, Agile, or related project management methodologies are preferred. Strategic thinker with the ability to manage projects independently while collaborating across teams.
