The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in translating strategic initiatives into actionable product solutions that drive business growth and client success. You will oversee the product lifecycle for technology-driven services, ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and technical execution. This position requires collaboration across engineering, operations, marketing, and customer-facing teams to prioritize backlogs, launch new features, and optimize existing products. Conduct competitive analysis to ensure product differentiation in the MSP, cybersecurity, cloud, and AI services landscape. Support management of technology partnerships to maximize product capabilities. Requirements 3โ5+ years of experience in Product Management or a technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer) in B2B technology or IT services. Familiarity with Managed Services Provider (MSP) models, recurring revenue structures, and domains such as Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, or AI/Data is highly preferred. Strong ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders. Experience with backlog and roadmap management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar agile project management software. Proven success working in a fully remote, distributed team environment, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability. Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of driving alignment across diverse teams.
