This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Designer II (Remote) in the United States. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality digital experiences by applying Design Thinking and Lean UX principles in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will work across teams to define design challenges, shape product strategy, and lead research efforts that uncover meaningful insights. The position offers the opportunity to influence major product decisions, present design recommendations to senior stakeholders, and guide UX efforts throughout the full product lifecycle. You will also support ideation, prototyping, testing, and continuous refinement of user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives independently while also actively contributing to a strong, design-led culture. \n Accountabilities: Collaborate with product designers and UX strategists to define design challenges and establish strategic approaches. Conduct user research and usability studies, producing insights and recommendations for senior audiences. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business goals while advocating for user-centered solutions. Apply design thinking principles in an agile environment and participate in cross-functional collaboration. Lead ideation sessions, design studios, and walkthroughs with developers and stakeholders. Drive UX deliverables across the full product lifecycle, including ideation, definition, design, research, and testing. Present design rationales clearly and persuasively to multiple levels of stakeholders. Collaborate closely with developers in a SCRUM environment. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices. Perform additional tasks as assigned and comply with all internal standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, computer science, or related field; equivalent experience considered. At least 3 years of experience in UX, including design strategy, prototyping, and digital experience design. Proficiency with UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision; motion design or front-end coding is a plus. Strong knowledge of mobile and web UX best practices, usability principles, and responsive design. Experience designing intuitive, engaging user experiences across multiple platforms. Ability to rapidly iterate prototypes based on research and technical constraints. Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and motivating stakeholders. Experience designing and conducting user research and using analytics to guide decisions. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities. Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and ability to maintain cooperative working relationships.
