This role is designed for an experienced product leader who will drive the vision and execution of consumer experience initiatives across digital and in-store platforms. You will lead a talented team to create seamless, user-centric experiences that meet consumer needs and support business growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, sales, and marketing—you will prioritize product roadmaps, solve technical and business challenges, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and a passion for innovation in the fast-evolving fintech space. You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, engagement, and long-term retention. \n Accountabilities: Lead and manage a team of 3–6 product managers focused on different aspects of the consumer experience journey. Provide strategic oversight and direction for consumer experience products, ensuring alignment with business goals. Partner with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to define requirements, solve technical challenges, and iterate solutions quickly. Collaborate with sales and retail teams to understand consumer and retailer needs, ensuring product roadmaps reflect market requirements. Oversee product research, design reviews, and user testing, leveraging insights to inform feature prioritization. Analyze product performance, measure KPIs, and continuously optimize consumer experiences. Make informed “Buy vs Build” decisions for key product components, balancing IP ownership and scalability. Represent the product function in roadmap discussions with senior leadership and external partners. Requirements: 5+ years’ experience in consumer experience product roles, preferably working with US retailers. 5+ years’ experience in product leadership within fintech or financial services. 3+ years’ experience managing commerce tools platforms or components. Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendor resources. Strong skills in executive communication, business acumen, and technical integrations. Experience leading strategy development and translating high-level vision into actionable execution plans. Exceptional communicator with experience presenting to diverse audiences. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Self-motivated, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
