We are seeking a versatile and skilled full stack developer to design, develop, and maintain software applications that support business objectives across multiple systems. This position allows for professional growth across multiple levels of responsibility, from Full Stack Developer I to Senior Developer, based on experience and expertise. \n Accountabilities: Analyze, develop, implement, maintain, and test software applications across the company’s systems. Collaborate with business analysts and lead developers to capture requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Participate in design, code reviews, QA, deployment, and troubleshooting activities. Document product functionality and maintain code in version control systems. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers (Senior level). Ensure timely delivery of projects with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Participate in on-call rotational duties and provide support for existing applications as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Full Stack Developer I: 1+ year of IT experience; Level II: 2–3+ years; Senior: 5+ years. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, C#, .NET, or other modern object-oriented frameworks. Experience with version control (Git), testing tools, and software development tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Strong understanding of programming concepts, secure coding practices, and design patterns. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in remote and team-oriented environments. Preferred: Experience in Health Insurance or SaaS industries, CI/CD pipelines, and secure software certifications.
