This role offers the opportunity to turn complex data into actionable insights that directly impact business and public-facing initiatives. As part of a collaborative data and analytics team, you will support marketing, public relations, and internal stakeholders by developing analyses, reports, and dashboards that inform strategy and decision-making. You’ll work on both internal analytics projects and research studies designed to provide insights on real estate trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys translating data into clear, compelling insights, and contributes to building innovative analytics tools and pipelines that improve overall organizational performance. \n Accountabilities: Develop analyses and reports for marketing and public relations initiatives, including survey design, trend analysis, and research studies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable data products and actionable insights. Support the internal analytics platform by helping teams maximize the value of data tools and reporting capabilities. Contribute to data architecture discussions and platform evolution projects. Present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders and provide recommendations based on findings. Proactively propose alternative solutions and share learnings to enhance team performance. Participate in code reviews, data engineering tasks, and collaborative problem-solving with the analytics team. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, ideally across multiple industries. High proficiency in spreadsheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and data visualization. Strong communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex data for non-technical audiences. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into data requirements. Nice to have: familiarity with Databricks or other advanced analytics platforms.
