This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a CCaaS Implementation Architect in the United States (remote). In this role, you will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) architectures. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions while guiding cross-functional teams through complex implementations. This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management to ensure customer success and operational excellence. You will work with cutting-edge platforms, AI tools, and workforce engagement technologies to deliver measurable business outcomes. The position requires autonomy, continuous learning, and the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote-first, high-impact environment. \n Accountabilities Lead end-to-end design and deployment of enterprise CCaaS technical architectures, ensuring security, compliance, and alignment with client objectives. Consult on platform capabilities, including omni-channel routing, workforce engagement, analytics, AI/NLP integration, and marketplace bolt-ons. Manage complex implementation programs, including stakeholder interviews, technical resourcing, and status reporting. Develop and maintain reusable code libraries, technical roadmaps, and deployment documentation standards. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CCaaS solutions, providing guidance on technology, integrations, and operational impacts. Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and knowledge sharing. Ensure successful testing, defect resolution, and execution of service commitments across all deployments. Requirements 7–10 years of experience in CCaaS software design, implementation, and enterprise architecture. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Expert knowledge of CCaaS platforms (NICE CXOne, Genesys PureCloud preferred) and related technologies. Strong coding skills in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++ and experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP). Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and diagramming tools (Visio, Lucid). Proven experience managing reusable scripts, development templates, and coding standards. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of AI, NLP, omni-channel routing, customer analytics, ACD/IVR, bot builders, and UCaaS interplay is highly desirable.
