This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a CCaaS Implementation Architect - REMOTE in the United States. In this role, you will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise CCaaS platforms for global clients. You will work across technical and business teams to define architectural strategies, implement advanced contact center solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your expertise will guide complex integrations, API implementations, and workforce engagement tools while leveraging AI, NLP, and security capabilities. You will thrive in a remote, collaborative environment where innovation, technical excellence, and operational efficiency are paramount. \n Accountabilities Lead end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise CCaaS architectures, ensuring compliance, security, and scalability. Provide technical consultation on platform capabilities, AI/NLP enhancements, advanced workforce engagement tools, and API integrations. Conduct IT and business stakeholder interviews to establish business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Supervise technical resourcing efforts, including internal teams and third-party vendors, across deployment programs. Develop and maintain reusable code libraries, documentation standards, and architectural roadmaps. Own testing strategies, execution, and defect resolution for all implemented solutions. Support PMO-driven reporting, executive readouts, and ongoing operational oversight post-deployment. Requirements 7–10 years of experience in CCaaS software design, deployment, and enterprise architecture. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms such as NICE CXOne, Genesys Pure Cloud, or similar. Proficiency in coding languages including JavaScript, Python, Java, and C++. Expertise with REST and SOAP API integrations, omni-channel routing, workforce engagement, and customer analytics. Strong understanding of bot builders, NLP solutions, IVR/ACD design, and advanced marketplace bolt-on capabilities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate complex client and team dynamics. Experience with Microsoft productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and diagramming tools (Visio, Lucid). Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and lead technical decision-making in remote, cross-functional teams.
