In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between business units and technical teams, translating operational and member experience objectives into actionable, data-driven solutions. You will play a central role in analyzing lending and deposit operations, optimizing programs, and generating insights to inform strategic decisions. The position involves creating dashboards, process maps, and business plans, while supporting cross-functional initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiency. Evaluate departmental and product-specific performance, developing KPIs, dashboards, and reports to monitor business health. Analyze program and campaign performance to recommend improvements based on profitability and effectiveness. Support growth strategies within lending and deposit portfolios by recommending metrics, KPIs, and data models. Document current-state and future-state business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization. Partner with departments to develop actionable business plans that align with operational and growth objectives. Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Oracle BI, Tableau, or Power BI. Use SQL to query data, interpret complex datasets, and deliver clear insights to stakeholders. Support analysis of member behavior, engagement, and retention to inform outreach initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in financial services or credit unions; 8+ years in lending and deposit operations preferred. Strong understanding of credit union product lines, operational workflows, and performance metrics. Hands-on experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation. Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Expertise in business process mapping and optimization techniques. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to present insights to non-technical audiences. Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strategic mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities. Experience developing KPIs, analyzing campaigns, and supporting cross-functional teams.
