Jobe Systems is currently seeking an experienced Residential AV Project Manager in the San Diego, CA area. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in planning, coordinating, and executing large Luxury/Estate Home construction projects. Our Project Managers are responsible for establishing coordinated timelines and task lists for project stakeholders, including designers, installation technicians, third-party trades, builders, and architects. The PM must deliver the project scope on time and under budget while exceeding the client's expectations. The ideal candidate shall possess exceptional organizational skills and provide clear, concise, and proactive project plans. Requirements: Minimum five to seven years of project management experience in custom home construction or related industry, managing multiple projects concurrently. Industry certifications, including CTS, CTS-D/I, and CEDIA are highly desirable. PMP certification, or a commitment to obtain it within 1 year. Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors/vendors in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. Ability to manage competing priorities. Strong technical literacy. Comfortable reviewing drawings, specifications, and equipment documentation. Effective supervision and interpersonal skills; ability to delegate tasks. Able to coordinate effectively across internal teams, clients, and contractors. Pro-active problem solver. Self-motivated and results-oriented; strong customer service skills. Strong focus on client satisfaction, quality, and timely project delivery. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Proficient time management and ability to multi-task effectively.
