Job Description: Join Job Duck as a Personal Injury Legal Coordinator and become an integral part of a growing personal injury practice. In this role, you’ll support a solo practitioner and a hybrid paralegal by managing critical case tasks that keep client matters moving forward. You’ll handle medical record requests, insurance follow‑ups, and client communication, ensuring accuracy and timeliness every step of the way. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prepare summaries and documentation for case reviews Ensure compliance with firm procedures and confidentiality standards Complete and submit legal forms accurately Assist with scaling efforts to attract Spanish‑speaking clients Maintain consistent follow‑up with clients for updates and documentation Follow up with insurance companies regarding claims Request medical records from providers Support onboarding and training processes as needed Collaborate with attorney and paralegal on case strategy and deadlines Track case progress and update CRM system Requirements: Additional Job Description: • Location: Remote • Time Zone: EST • Practice Area: Personal Injury • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST • Software: CRM (specific platform TBD), VOIP (future use), other tools as required • Ideal Start Date: January • Payment Method: ACH Required Skills: •Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, or in a legal support role and/or related Bachelor's degree in legal studies •Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken) •Experience handling medical records preferred • Organized • Attention to detail • Strong written client communication • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently • Professionalism and confidentiality • Adaptability in a remote work environment Work Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America) Languages: English, Spanish Ready to dive in?
