Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual and proactive Legal Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly handle administrative tasks while providing bilingual support during client interactions. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 05:30PM MST Monthly compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and handle correspondence. Prepare and review legal documents under attorney supervision. Assist during client meetings, ensuring smooth communication and accurate interpretation. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures. Support case management, including organizing files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining case records. Perform live translations (Spanish-English) during Zoom or phone calls. Requirements: Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Prior at least 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software is a plus. Work Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [MST][MDT] (United States of America) Languages: English, Spanish Ready to dive in?
