You’ll handle essential legal tasks while keeping cases organized and moving forward. Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Handle calendaring and scheduling for meetings and court appearances Support attorneys in preparing client contracts and case materials Facilitate and coordinate court meetings and related logistics Maintain direct client communication throughout legal proceedings Manage e-filing processes with accuracy Draft and assist with pleadings and motions Requirements: 1–2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in any practice area Clear, concise, and effective communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Gmail Familiarity with legal software preferred Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Key Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented approach with commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Compassionate and client-centered mindset Growth-minded and open to learning new systems and processes Integrity, diligence, and fairness in all responsibilities Software MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Actions Steps Zoom Working Hours 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Timezone Eastern Standard Time (EST) (US) Work Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America) Languages: English, Spanish Ready to dive in?
