Prospecting & Lead Generation Maintain a high volume of outbound activity through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Research and target prospects that fit the Ideal Customer Profile. Follow up on inbound leads from campaigns, webinars, and website traffic. Understand customer challenges and communicate how our platform solves them. Proactively create sales-ready meetings with top ICP accounts. Lead Qualification Engage prospects to uncover needs, pain points, and buying dynamics. Apply qualification frameworks such as BANT and MEDDIC. Transition qualified opportunities to the Sales team smoothly and effectively. CRM & Data Management Track communications, activity, and deal progression in HubSpot. Maintain clean, accurate account and contact data to support forecasting. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Provide insight into prospect feedback, objections, and trends. Partner closely with AEs to refine targeting and improve handoff quality. Offer real-world insights to Marketing around campaign and messaging performance. What Will You Need? 1–3 years of outbound sales experience (preferably SaaS), OR strong interest and relevant exposure if early in your career. Confident, natural communicator—especially on cold calls. Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building ability. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Ability to balance high activity volume with quality of outreach. Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly. Team-oriented with the willingness to share insights and collaborate cross-functionally. Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build something meaningful.
