Job Details Maintenance and Repair Mechanic - Einstein Philly - Full Time Job Description MUST HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE IN HVAC, PLUMBING, MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND GENERAL MECHANIC MAINTENANCE PREFERABLY IN A HOSPITAL OR MEDICAL FACILITY HOURLY RATE $32.60 Provides support for all hospital mechanical equipment and infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, Chillers, Compressors, PTAC units, Medical Air Gas Systems, plumbing fixtures, life safety systems, and utility shutdowns. Performs daily rounds to ensure that all building systems are operating properly. Performs preventative maintenance as assigned. Responds to house calls for all maintenance requests. High school diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of training from a certified technical school or program. A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial OR hospital building maintenance.
