Our full-time Customer Service Reps - Call Center Booking Agents earn a competitive wage of $14 - $18/hour. This scheduling position enjoys a work-life-balanced schedule of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. YOUR MISSION AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - CALL CENTER BOOKING AGENT Your role in our company is essential. You are the welcoming voice that greets our clients when they call, setting a positive tone for all our interactions. Every day, you handle phone calls and appointments with great attention to detail. Being an active listener, you carefully address our customer's concerns and reassure them that we can provide solutions to their plumbing needs. You excel at juggling multiple tasks and are energized by talking to people, always eager to help them find answers. All that you need to excel in this scheduling role is: • Great communication skills in English • Ability to type and use basic computer systems A high school diploma or the equivalent is preferred.
