The Clinical Manager, Integrated Care is a key support leader for the collaborative care team. The core team includes patient’s medical provider, behavioral health clinician, psychiatric consultant, enrollment specialist. The Clinical Manager, Integrated Care is responsible for supporting the behavioral health clinician and the collaborative care team in delivering a high quality and effective collaborative care program for patients with behavioral health and physical health comorbidities. They ensure patient access and engagement, the provision of all clinical services, and the achievement of health care outcomes. Duties And Responsibilities • Supervises the program, services, and related activities of the Collaborative Care model of services of behavioral health, care coordination, care planning, and achievement of clinical outcomes. • Directly supervises and evaluates performance of Behavioral Health Integration Clinicians. Involved with hiring new staff, provides leadership, ensures all required training and delivery of services have fidelity to the model, are in compliance with contract, license and program objectives. • Ensure staff maintains and receives proper training required to provide current modalities of treatment and evidence-based services deployed through the clinical EHR. • Oversees clinical performance and outcomes, reporting requirements, adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and ensures program goals are met. Produces and submits various reports as required. • Ensure the effective provision of services through the efficient use of the clinical technology to assess, plan, deliver, document, and monitor patient and program outcomes. • Promotes cultural competency in all areas of services and ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural environment and be sensitive to the service population’s culture and socioeconomic characteristics. • Provides oversight and clinical management of the clinical work performed by behavioral health clinicians and the collaborative care team. • Instrumental in the development of department clinical policies and procedures, documentation of services and monitors staff activity to ensure compliance with policy and procedures. • Oversees clinical effectiveness and is instrumental in the design, development, and delivery of new clinical programs. • Ensures clinical program meet contracts and agency revenue and productivity standards. • Liaison with and attends required and special meetings with funding sources, and committees. Meets with industry peers and relevant associations. Conducts public relations efforts. • Must remain knowledgeable regarding current issues related to integrated care and Collaborative Care in particular. Keeps abreast of legislative and licensing issues or damages. • Executes additional responsibilities as required and/or designated by Janus Healthcare management. Requirements • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or other relevant field. • Oregon independent license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist • 5+ years of experience in supervising behavioral health intervention, case management, community care coordination • Working with vulnerable populations who have chronic medical and behavioral health challenges. • Experience with EMRs + telehealth workflows • Proficiency with technology and using multiple applications • Located in Oregon (majority of services are remote) Schedule • Primary Remote Local to Oregon • Exempt, Full-time Compensation • $90,000 - $120,000 based on experience • Remote work environment • Health benefits package • Paid holidays and Paid Time Off Benefits • Hybrid remote work • Company-supplied computer equipment • Paid holidays and PTO • Medical, dental, vision (effective first of the following month) • Voluntary short-term disability, life & AD&D Diversity, Inclusion & EEO We support a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.
