We are a boutique search firm working on behalf of a branded wholesale apparel & accessories manufacturer who is looking for a wholesale customer service person located in Cranford NJ.. *** This is 5 days in office with Friday closures at 3pm. The company is stable, growing and offers opportunities for growth. Job Description: - Systems/allocations/follow up - Purchase Order Entry - Manage open order and allocations process - Meet with production coordinators on upcoming shipments and delays - Follow up with imports on shipment entry - Follow up with warehouse team on routing, pre-allocations and pre-receipts - Communicate with retail sales assistants on routing, tracking, field questions on deliveries, etc. - Meet with sales on a summary with all issues after meeting with production, imports and warehouse Requirements: - Knowledge of retailer’s systems and portals - 5+ years of experience in apparel customer service - Microsoft Office - Bachelor’s degree in apparel is a plus but not a requirement. Experience is important - Strong communication skills - Position is in Cranford, NJ full time in office 9-5:30PM, Friday is 9-3pm - Excellent benefits with generous time off. Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
