JAG Injury Attorneys a very busy plaintiff's personal injury law office in Freeport, NY is looking for a full-time Spanish speaking receptionist. The right person will live locally in Nassau County, be super organized and love talking with people. Responsibilities are: • answering phones and taking detailed messages, • learning how to use SmartAdvocate, • greeting clients with warmth and compassion, • opening, stamping, scanning and filing daily mail and • data entry, filing and scanning. Salary range is between $38,000.00 and $40,000.00 with possible overtime; There is an opportunity to grow with the office as we will be moving to a new and larger location in 2026. There is also advancement potential with either the new client intake team or medical department while you learn about No-Fault. The candidate must be responsible, organized, ambitious, computer savvy, and able to work well with the internet as well as basic office word document software.
