As a Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician, based in Fort Lupton, CO, you’ll join a team of multi-discipline technical experts, ensuring that our clients can deliver their products and services – uninterrupted. You’ll be responsible for managing or performing skilled trades and lower-level apprentice craft work for construction, maintenance and repair of facilities system building and equipment including installation, repair and maintenance in a manufacturing or field site environment, installation, repair, maintenance, dismantle and movement of large and/or complex industrial equipment, service and repair of automobiles. You’ll contribute to the success of our program with efficient preventive maintenance and effective solutions to complex challenges that may arise in our client’s state of the art facilities. Here's what you'll need • High school graduate or equivalent • Valid Driver’s License • Good mechanical aptitude • Ability to read prints and drawings relating to equipment, plant operations and electrical • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to be in an On-call rotation Ideally, you’ll also have • Computer literacy is a plus • Trade school or technical program diploma Working Conditions Safety is a core value at Jacobs. The base salary range for this position is $73,500.00 to $105,050.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked.
