Jackson Therapy Partners is hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead a team of National Recruiters responsible for placing clinicians in travel assignments across the country. Drive daily, monthly, and annual performance metrics aligned with company recruitment and placement goals. Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure seamless delivery and client success. Guide recruiters on sourcing strategies, outreach, and best practices for clinician recruitment. Conduct ongoing one-on-ones and performance reviews to ensure accountability and growth. Partner with HR and Compliance to ensure all clinician-related issues meet federal, state, and local requirements. Work with Marketing on communications, sourcing campaigns, and recruitment strategy. What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare staffing. 3+ years of leadership experience managing successful recruiting or sales teams. A competitive, results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and influence. Strong operational discipline, coaching ability, and customer-focused decision making.
