Remote Customer Service Agent - Cruise Line Support job at L42M LLC. Michigan. This is a remote position. We are looking for motivated, independent agents to work remotely answering inbound calls for a luxury cruise line client. Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour Service Hours: Monday – Sunday, 8 AM to 10 PM EST Required: Availability on at least one weekend day What You’ll Be Doing: Answering inbound calls regarding cruise packages, bookings, and general inquiries Handling outbound follow-up calls for clarification and support Transferring calls to the correct department when necessary Providing excellent customer service and upselling cruise services when appropriate Maintaining accurate call logs and following client protocols Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection (must be able to be hardwired – no Wi-Fi) USB headset with noise-canceling microphone Windows-based laptop or desktop (Macs not supported) Quiet, distraction-free home workspace Ability to pass a background check Must complete paid certification training #J-18808-Ljbffr Itlearn360
