Iteris is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead strategic initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, and performance across our sales organization. This role will serve as the operational backbone for the sales team, driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable go-to-market programs, remove operational barriers, and accelerate adoption of new capabilities. What you will be doing: Lead the launch of new products, services, and sales tools to the internal sales team Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans, timelines, and stakeholder alignment across Sales, Product, IT, and Enablement Ensure sales team readiness through coordinated training, documentation, and support resources Document and prioritize functional requirements for new tools and enhancements in collaboration with Sales and Product teams Partner with IT and third-party vendors to define business requirements, conduct testing, and manage deployment Implement and optimize sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs to drive adoption and proficiency Document and standardize end-to-end sales processes, ensuring alignment with public sector workflows and compliance Drive adoption of new tools and processes through structured change management and stakeholder engagement Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, providing actionable insights, feedback loops, and performance metrics Monitor KPIs and sales productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement and operational gaps Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track sales performance, tool utilization, and process efficiency What you need to be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field required; MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus Ver seven (7) years of experience in Sales Operations, Program Management, or related roles Proven success launching products, tools, or processes to internal sales teams Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ Skilled in project management platforms such as Asana, with a strong ability to drive cross-functional execution Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving capabilities Data-savvy and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate complex metrics into actionable strategies Iteris anticipates paying a base salary between $108,400 and $120,700 for this role.
