Full Description

Overview: iTech AG is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to support our federal customer. The Senior Technical Consultant plays a key role in guiding customers through successful ServiceNow implementations across the ITBM suite. This role combines hands-on platform configuration with strategic technical advisory, ensuring customer outcomes align with best practices and business goals. Responsibilities: Lead technical design sessions and provide expert guidance during workshops. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including Platform Analytics, Agile Development, Alignment Planner Workspace, Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Timecard Management, and Collaborative Work Management. Develop and refine user stories in partnership with Product Owners and stakeholders. Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems. Mentor platform administrators and junior consultants in best practices and technical standards. Ensure solutions adhere to architectural governance, process objectives, and long-term roadmap strategies. Qualifications: 3-5 years of ServiceNow technical experience preferred. Strong understanding of ITBM processes and project/program methodologies. Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting, configuration, and integrations. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or ITBM-specific certifications) preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or an additional 4 years of related experience.
