Must have interior design product sales experience with an existing A&D network in the territory, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to travel, and tech-savviness with CRM and ERP systems.
Title: A&D Sales Representative (Commercial / Hospitality) - Luxury Wallcoverings Covering: Central Florida (Orlando to Tampa) Package: $75,000 - $85,000 (depending on market and experience)+ Generous Tiered Uncapped Commission + Annual Bonus Other benefits: 🏦 Retirement Plan - Automatic 10% annual contribution 🚗 Mileage Reimbursement 📈 Annual Cost of Living Increase 🏠 Exclusive Employee Discount on Company Wallcoverings 🏥 Low-Cost Medical Coverage ($40/month) + Family Coverage 📅 16 Paid Days Off + 10 Paid Holidays + Company Closure Between Christmas & New Year's Responsibilities : • Be the face of international manufacturer of natural, textured and specialty wallcoverings across the design community, building and nurturing relationships with top interior designers and trade professionals. • Contribute directly to our growth goals, deliver exceptional service, and bring our brand to life across the territory. • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively managing a portfolio of clients and identifying new business opportunities. • Conduct 12+ client appointments and 15+ project shops weekly to maintain strong relationships and promote our latest collections. • Identify and onboard new residential and commercial interior designers, opening 50+ new accounts annually. • Use platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn to share the brand and engage with the design community. • Ensure clients are up to date with our latest product offerings and maintain their sample libraries. • Track and manage project opportunities in our CRM, coordinate with • Customer Experience, and follow up on open quotes and sample requests. • Work closely with Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless client experiences. • Attend industry events, trade shows, and host client engagements such as lunch & learns and happy hours. • Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform your sales strategy. • Submit weekly and monthly reports on client visits, pipeline activity, and performance metrics. • Promote brand at local design schools and within the broader design community • Structured onboarding with clear 30, 60, and 90-day milestones and continued training for long-term success Requirements: • Must have interior design product sales experience in the territory with existing A&D network • Business development mindset—you’re energized by finding and developing new relationships • Must have the ability to travel • Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong organizational habits and comfort working independently • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
