In this role, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle, manage key HR programs and processes, maintain high-quality data and systems, and serve as a warm, resourceful first point of contact for employees. The ideal candidate has high standards, is detailed and thorough, has strong communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills. This is a hybrid position in Columbus, Ohio. Responsibilities Partner with People & Culture leadership to support the department administration and support HR practices and programs, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, engagement initiatives, compliance tasks, and policy updates. Serve as the frontline HR resource for employee questions with clarity, confidence, and empathy. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, data, and documentation within HR systems. Own or support HR analytics and reporting, ensuring metrics are clean, reliable, and useful for leaders. Coordinate and track HR projects and workflows, creating structure, timelines, and progress updates across People & Culture initiatives. Support compensation and benefits programs at an administrative or project level (not processing), including audits, reporting, eligibility checks, and communication support. Assist with onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for employees globally. Manage day-to-day HR administrative operations: compliance tasks, filing, audit preparation, and updating policies/handbooks. Collaborate closely with stakeholders (Finance, IT, hiring managers, and external vendors) to ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. Identify and recommend process improvements, bringing clarity and structure to ambiguous and evolving workflows. Qualifications 2–3 years of HR Generalist, People Operations, or HR program coordination experience. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience Strong comfort level with HRIS platforms (Rippling, UKG, Bamboo, Workday, or similar) and Microsoft tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint). Proven ability to manage HR data with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with a warm, helpful, and resourceful approach. Experience supporting HR programs (onboarding, performance, engagement, policy updates, analytics, etc.). Highly organized, process-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, growing company.
