Overview Come join Intuit Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) as the Senior Manager of Business Operations supporting US Marketing and Customer Growth. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a bias for action, an ability to connect the dots between numerous and various sources of information, and a strong desire to drive tangible business impact. This is a role on an exciting new team that is building out the long-term strategy and executing our growth programs. You will have an opportunity to work across the broader Product, Marketing, Finance, and Technology communities to help deliver GBSG’s strategic and financial goals. This position requires strong strategic problem solving, analytical talent, and the ability to influence and develop productive partnerships at all levels of the organization. This person will need to establish partnership and influence across a larger cross-functional team in GBSG, and will have broad exposure to many senior leaders. Candidates should also have experience developing business and/or corporate strategies, and have a proven track record implementing new programs. Note, the role is preferably but not required to be based in Mountain View, CA. Responsibilities • Lead internal strategic projects and new initiatives end-to-end, with limited guidance, from initial hypotheses to recommendation to operationalization. Projects will focus on the design, implementation, and optimization of business systems and processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration. • Leverage strong data analysis and reporting skills to provide actionable insights, measure performance, and guide strategic decision-making across the organization. • Partner with the sponsors and accountable leaders to shape and drive an initiative-level strategy, defining and ensuring the end-to-end experience outcomes and overall initiative input and outcome goals (strategic, customer, financial) • Work across x-functional mission teams to enable work, set pace, and surface blockers that need resolution or escalation • Build and maintain strong relationships across the Intuit and GBSG leadership team to ensure that we are thinking holistically across multiple business segments and functions in the context of driving growth. • Design operating models and rhythms to enable effective decision making and information flow, run and facilitate business reviews and planning meetings to improve the way we work together Qualifications • 7+ years’ experience including roles in business operations, management consulting, strategy, or finance • Proven track record implementing new systems and processes within a large matrixed organization. • Ability to synthesize various points of view in to a cohesive narrative and build a presentation for senior leaders • Experience driving large complex programs in coordination with a variety of cross-functional leaders • Strong organization, communications, and presentation skills • High attention to detail, strong project management background, and proven ability to work successfully in a cross-functional environment • FinTech and/or SaaS experience a plus, but not required Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
