Come join the Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) team as a Principal Technical Product Manager, where you will foster an environment of technology innovation and customer obsession. We are looking for a seasoned Technical Product Manager to drive the strategy for Intuit's next generation of foundational AI agents. In this role, you will be part of the team building technologies to enable AI-powered connections between customers and experts across all Intuit product lines. You will be responsible for designing and delivering robust, scalable, and durable AI-native platforms capable of complex reasoning and task execution. This role delivers core common capabilities for all Intuit customers and products around the world and will help drive the product vision to power Intuit's service led growth. Responsibilities • Define, own, and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for foundational agentic AI capabilities, translating complex user needs into measurable outcomes. • Lead the ideation and development of AI-Native solutions and platform services, from concept to launch, partnering deeply with engineers, data scientists, designers, and architects. • Drive product definition and requirements for agent orchestration logic, reasoning engines, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) processes. • Build and drive a bold vision for AI-powered expert and customer collaboration, with a 'platform first' mindset to enable personalized, contextually-relevant experiences. • Design and execute data-driven experiments to validate hypotheses related to agentic AI effectiveness, user trust, and performance at scale. • Practice boundaryless collaboration, building strong working relationships and influencing roadmaps across senior leaders and product teams to ensure cohesive strategy and adoption of foundational capabilities. Qualifications • 8+ years of product management experience • Deep understanding and significant hands-on experience defining strategy for and shipping products leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI systems, complex Machine Learning models, or Conversational AI at scale. • Proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear product requirements and strategic narratives. • Strong technical intuition; comfortable engaging deeply with engineering and data science on system architecture, model capabilities, APIs, and technical trade-offs. • Customer Obsession: A staunch advocate for both end-users, who stays close to customer problems and solves for them with urgency. • Speed as a Habit: Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment, make quick, data-driven decisions with imperfect information, and execute fiercely to deliver outcomes. • A high degree of curiosity, a learning mindset, and a bias towards experimentation to learn quickly. • Bachelor's degree required with a focus in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative/technical field preferred. • An MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
