Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in client success/account management or marketing director in multifamily • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and/or department-wide initiatives • Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills • Experience managing cross-functional projects and strategic planning • Confident working directly with executive leadership and across departments • Deep understanding of client service best practices and process improvement • Proficiency in HubSpot, Asana, and analytics/reporting platforms • Demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and elevate senior-level team members • Act as senior relationship liaison with top tier clients, guiding strategic client initiatives and ensuring end-to-end success for their digital initiatives • Acts as an escalation point for external client concerns and internal feedback • Advanced expertise in location-based digital marketing initiatives (geofencing, addressable audiences, digital out of home, programmatic display, connected TV, retargeting) A day in the life As the Director of Client Success, you set the vision, drive the strategy, and create the conditions for your team to excel. You bridge big-picture goals with day-to-day execution, ensuring clients feel supported, and the team operates with clarity, consistency and purpose.
