5+ years in client success or marketing leadership with experience managing teams, strategic planning, client relationship management, and proficiency in relevant digital marketing tools and platforms.

The Director of Client Success is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for client success, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of an unparalleled client experience while driving operational improvements. Responsibilities • Overseeing Client Success Account Management, Support Pod, and Onboarding while setting the vision and direction for each area • Mentoring managers and senior team members to strengthen leadership and support career growth • Leading strategic initiatives and high-priority company projects aligned with business goals • Collaborating with executive leadership to shape and execute company-wide strategies • Continuously driving improvements in team performance, client retention, and operational efficiency through data, feedback, and innovation • Other duties as assigned Skills • 5+ years of experience in client success/account management or marketing director in multifamily • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and/or department-wide initiatives • Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills • Experience managing cross-functional projects and strategic planning • Confident working directly with executive leadership and across departments • Deep understanding of client service best practices and process improvement • Proficiency in HubSpot, Asana, and analytics/reporting platforms • Demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and elevate senior-level team members • Act as senior relationship liaison with top tier clients, guiding strategic client initiatives and ensuring end-to-end success for their digital initiatives • Acts as an escalation point for external client concerns and internal feedback • Advanced expertise in location-based digital marketing initiatives (geofencing, addressable audiences, digital out of home, programmatic display, connected TV, retargeting) Benefits • 100% company paid health insurance for employees and 50% for dependents • 100% company paid vision and dental insurance for employees and 50% for dependents • Company paid short- and long-term disability • Company paid life insurance • 10 weeks paid parental leave • 3-4 weeks paid time off (based on tenure) • 10 paid holidays • Company paid 401k contributions that are 100% vested • Annual cash bonuses based on company and personal performance • A choice of five 8-hour schedules with start times between 7 am and 11 am EST, available after 30 days • Monthly fitness reimbursement • Pet discount plan Company Overview • We Love the Journey and Embrace What's Next There is no destination in life or work.
