Full Description

Intrinsic Digital is seeking a Director of Client Success to lead our client success team, drive strategic initiatives, and create conditions for team excellence. As a strategic leader, team builder, and cross-functional collaborator, you will thrive on big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, delivering an end-to-end unparalleled client experience. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in client success/account management or marketing director in multifamily • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and/or department-wide initiatives • Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills • Experience managing cross-functional projects and strategic planning • Confident working directly with executive leadership and across departments • Deep understanding of client service best practices and process improvement • Proficiency in HubSpot, Asana, and analytics/reporting platforms • Demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and elevate senior-level team members • Advanced expertise in location-based digital marketing initiatives (geofencing, addressable audiences, digital out of home, programmatic display, connected TV, retargeting) Benefits • 100% company paid health insurance for employees and 50% for dependents • 100% company paid vision and dental insurance for employees and 50% for dependents • Company paid short- and long-term disability • Company paid life insurance • 10 weeks paid parental leave • 3-4 weeks paid time off (based on tenure) • 10 paid holidays • Company paid 401k contributions that are 100% vested • Annual cash bonuses based on company and personal performance • A choice of five 8-hour schedules with start times between 7 am and 11 am EST, available after 30 days • Monthly fitness reimbursement • Pet discount plan
