Position: Director of Strategic Partnerships Reporting to the VP of Strategic Partnerships as part of Interplay Learning’s (IPL) Growth team, the Director of Strategic Partnerships will expand IPL's revenue strategy by developing relationships with Enterprise Manufacturers, Industrial Businesses, and top-tier System Integrators. Through these relationships we will build IPL’s brand presence in some of the largest global companies. These relationships will be leveraged to engage in sales pursuits, driving influence of key target customers, and provide global amplification of our mission and value. Please note this role involves building a partner ecosystem and includes lead nurturing, relationship building, and strategic account management. B2B SaaS, partnership experience aligned with the industries we serve is required. Conceive, develop, and launch campaigns and programs that enable IPL and partner sales teams to engage in revenue-producing conversations. Develop partner employee skills to identify, nurture, qualify, and close IPL-related opportunities. Recruit and onboard new partners, ensuring readiness through learning programs and go-to-market enablement. Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess partner performance and strategic alignment. Collaborate with Marketing to execute joint demand generation campaigns and track ROI. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in channel sales or partner enablement within SaaS, EdTech, or skilled trades sectors. Deep understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Industrial and other trade contracting sectors. Proven success in developing partner ecosystems that generate measurable revenue growth. Experience using Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot). Demonstrated ability to navigate complex partner environments and deliver win-win solutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated success building and managing co-sell/resell motions in a channel partner environment preferred. Public Sector and Industrial learning experience is a plus. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States.
