Job Title: Project Manager - IATF (International Automotive Task Force) Training & Translation Reports To: Program Manager – IATF ADP & Special Projects Position Summary: The IATF Translation Manager leads the global translation process for IATF auditor development materials, including the Auditor Development Process (ADP), New Auditor training and assessments, IATF 16949/Rules SI, FAQs, and Common Audit reports. This role ensures timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of multilingual content by coordinating with international translation providers. Additionally, the position oversees compliance with U.S. Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC) regulations and supports various administrative and programmatic functions within the IATF ADP. Key Responsibilities: • Manage translation of IATF ADP materials in 11 languages and New Auditor training content in 5 languages • Coordinate with global translation providers to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence • Monitor OFAC compliance for IATF ADP auditors and database activities • Manage and resolve assigned ADP Helpdesk tickets • Process auditor waiver requests and quarterly IATF DB Auditor Performance reports • Support the Training Commission Implementation Committee by attending global meetings, taking minutes, and assisting with follow-up actions • Schedule and coordinate New Auditor Training classes, ADP exam sessions, and Phase 2 sessions • Maintain and update non-auditor accounts in the IATF ADP (Auditor Development Process) system • Provide proofreading support for IAOB presentations (grammar, formatting, clarity) • Manage EthicsPoint (Navex Global) case tracking and resolution for potential ethics violations globally • Provide backup support to the Program Manager – Auditor Development & Special Projects • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, quality, manufacturing, or a related technical field • Project or program management experience • Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Rules 6, and Core Tools (SPC, MSA, and FMEA) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail is a MUST • Excellent time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Experience working in a global or multicultural environment • Strong data analysis and proofreading skills is a MUST • Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the USA without the need for visa sponsorship (no exceptions) Work Environment & Physical Requirements: • Primarily desk-based role with extended periods of computer use • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime as needed • Travel required: approximately 2–3 weeks per year globally (must have a valid passport) • Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote • Reliable with great attendance track record Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Flexible schedule • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Parental leave • Professional development assistance • Retirement plan • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Southfield, MI 48075 (Required) Willingness to travel: • 25% (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Southfield, MI 48075
